1. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering an account, performing a DMFirst login, downloading our application files, or accessing dmfirst.gg, you agree to be bound by these official Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using DMFirst immediately.

2. Eligibility & Strict 18+ Rule

Participation on DMFirst is permitted solely for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). Real-money online gaming carries financial risks.

Underage Prohibition: Any individual under the age of 18 attempting to create an account on DMFirst will face permanent account suspension and complete forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • One Account Per Player: Each user is permitted exactly one registered account. Multi-accounting, syndicates, and duplicate phone numbers are strictly prohibited.
  • Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login mobile number, password, and transaction PINs.
  • SMS Verification: Accounts must be authenticated via SMS OTP upon registration and password reset requests.

4. Deposits, Bonuses & Instant Withdrawals

Financial transactions conducted on DMFirst comply with verified automated payment processing standards:

  • Minimum Deposit: The standard minimum deposit is ₹100 via authorized UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, or IMPS channels.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum cashout threshold is ₹110 directly dispatched to your registered UPI address or bank account.
  • Bonus Rollover: Welcome rewards (up to ₹500) and promotional gift codes (e.g. DMFIRST2026) may require 1x or specified rollover wagering before withdrawal release.
  • Settlement Timing: Automated payouts are typically finalized within 10 to 30 minutes, subject to banking gateway health.

5. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

DMFirst utilizes provably fair, cryptographically secured Random Number Generators (RNG) for Win Go Color, Aviator Multipliers, K3, and 5D games. Any attempt to manipulate the system using third-party predictive bot software, arbitrage hedging scripts, or software bugs will result in immediate disqualification and account confiscation.

6. Responsible Participation & Limitation of Liability

Online prediction games involve financial stakes. DMFirst is not liable for losses resulting from user gameplay decisions, unstable personal network connections, or unauthorized third-party device access.

7. Amendments & Support
